It started in Mama’s kitchen

Tasteful Delights began on a snowy winter day in Mama’s cozy kitchen, with heartfelt recipes shared over steaming mugs of tea. Friends asked for “just one more” honey cake, neighbors came back for vareniki, and word spread.

Today, Inna and her family welcome guests to their restaurant and tea room in historic Anoka — serving homemade Slavic comfort food, and the layered cakes every Eastern European family knows. Beyond the restaurant, the same kitchen caters weddings and celebrations, bakes custom cakes, prepares holiday dinners and cooks weekly meals for families and care homes.
