How does payment work?+
Subscriptions are prepaid per person for the agreed number of meals each week. We confirm pricing and the schedule with you before your first delivery.
When do I choose the menu?+
Weekly orders are due by Friday at 11:59 pm (Central) for the following week. We send the rotating menu in advance.
Can you handle dietary needs?+
Yes — tell us about allergies, low-salt, soft-food or other needs and we’ll plan around them.
How many days a week can you deliver?+
As many days as you need — we agree the delivery days and times with you.
